Trivia Night with Sisters Attracts Young People

A team of eight women religious representing four communities took on a pub full of young adults for bragging rights, beer and "prayerful pretzels" at a March 13, 2018 trivia night in Arlington, Virginia.

Awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to Romania

The J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board advised Sister Angela Kim, IHM, that she has been selected for a Fulbright award to Romania. She will work collaboratively with international partners at Bucharest University in Bucharest, and Ovidius University in Constanta, Romania, from May 5 to June 8, 2018.

IHM Sister Featured Artist on TV Series

Sister Cecilia Yeon Tji, was invited by a Korean television production company, Korean Catholic Broadcasting, to present her book In Awe of the Gift of Life in Abundance: Spirituality and the Artist.

Sister Romaine Krug along with her sisters, family, and friends celebrated her 104th birthday at Our Lady of Peace Residence on September 12, 2017. Sister Romaine entered the IHM Congregation on September 8, 1940.
