IHM EarthCARE
EarthCARE is an acronym for Consciousness, Action, Reverence for Earth (Everything). Acknowledging our IHM Core Values, especially those of Wholeness, Rootedness in God, and Respect for Diversity, we celebrate Divine Mystery in and recognize our oneness with all that is, and serve as a catalyst for raising awareness of consciousness throughout the IHM Congregation beginning at the IHM Peace Site in Scranton.
The Committee encourages positive actions towards a greener lifestyle and deepening our IHM commitment to sustainable living and care for all creation. EarthCARE is also dedicated to exploring new ways of being that are in greater harmony with the whole of life. The committee’s goals include educational, practical, and spiritual dimensions.
