We need to speak, write, and work vigorously to correct and lift burdens that cause the right to life to be challenged in any way.

This core group of sisters will establish a community in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.
Writing and reading can lead to a spark of inspiration and how, if we have the curiosity to pursue that spark, we never know where it might lead us.

Who we are, who we think we are, how we identify ourselves to our world and how we interact with our world are all factors in our choice to hide or come forward based on those aforementioned fear factors.

Maintaining our emotional health as we age is not one size fits all. Our emotional needs will vary at different times as we age. Being aware of the complexity of our emotional health and appraising the facets of our life which impact it, are the roadmaps to feeling good and enjoying
life.

The stained glass windows in the Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes in the IHM Center are mouth-blown antique glasses from various glass plants. Subjects of the screens and symbols are of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

On November 10, 2020, our Sister Giovana Fuentes Bendivez made her first profession of vows as a Sister, Servant of the Immaculate Heart of Mary of Scranton, PA.
