Sister M. Hyacinth Tierney, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Tuesday, October 13, 1936.
She was born on May 19, 1873 in Halstead, Pennsylvania, and given the name Margaret. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Shea Tierney. She entered the IHM Congregation on July 22, 1896, received the religious habit on February 2, 1897, and made profession of her vows on July 15, 1899.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Interment is at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
