Highlights of This Issue

The IHM Center celebrates fifty years! Once the IHM Novitiate, the Center eventually becomes the IHM Motherhouse. As a result of the hard work and dedication of a group of men named “Fathers and Friends” the dream of Mother Kathleen Hart soon became a reality!

Currently there are twenty-one IHM Associates in Florida, from Palm Coast and Gainesville on the East Coast to St. Petersburg on the West Coast. Photo features the Circle of Grace in St. Petersburg.

For Sister Gilmary Speirs, communication is exciting and essential to her daily life. Learn more about her life and her love of the media.

The summer of 2010 brought record-high temperatures to Scranton, which caused great concern for the sisters who reside in the IHM Center, which is without an adequate cooling system. Learn more about how you can help the sisters fulfill the needs for this critical project.
