Kathleen Burns, IHM, EdD
Kathleen has been teaching workshops and courses in various uses of technology for more than twenty years. Her skills include collaborative technologies, database design, cfml programming and website planning, architecture and management. She is especially skilled at explaining technology to non-technical people. She holds a doctorate in Instructional Design and Communications from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has served as Director of Web Development at Marywood University, Scranton, PA; as an instructor and technical advisor to the African Sisters Education Collaborative; and as a database expert for the Sisters of IHM Development Office.
Grace Surdovel, IHM, EdD
Grace currently serves as the Director of Master's Programs at Wilkes University. Her skills include the design and implementation of online course design using a variety of course management systems and collaborative technologies. She has taught classroom technology to teachers and students in both K-12 and higher education settings. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Educational Technology from Wilkes University.
