Sister M. Bonaventure Murphy, IHM

Sister M. Bonaventure Murphy, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Monday, September 29, 1924.

She was born on December 4, 1874 in Binghamton, New York, and given the name Elizabeth A. She was the daughter of the late Michael L. and Elizabeth Whalley Murphy. She entered the IHM Congregation on September 8, 1903, received the religious habit on December 31, 1903, and made profession of her vows on December 28, 1905.

Interment is at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Carbondale, Pennsylvania.
