Sister M. Cyrilla Kane, IHM

Sister M. Cyrilla Kane, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Saturday, June 10, 1944.

She was born on April 6, 1872 in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, and given the name Bridget. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Ann O'Malley Kane. She entered the IHM Congregation on February 2, 1894, received the religious habit on January 1, 1895, and made profession of her vows on February 2, 1897.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Austin.

She is survived by a brother, Daniel of Dunmore, PA, nieces and nephews.

Interment is at Cathedral Cemetery in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
