Sister M. Alicia Ward, IHM

Sister M. Alicia Ward, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on March 5, 1949.

Daughter of the late John M. and Alicia Neison Ward, she was born on April 15, 1883 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; and given the name Josephine D.  She entered the IHM Congregation on August 15, 1909, received the religious habit on December 29, 1909, and made profession of her vows on December 27, 1911.

Interment will follow the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
