Below is an archival reflection about our Sister Charlotte Maria Roche:

On Easter Monday morning, Sister Charlotte Maria gave her soul back to God.  Throughout her long months of suffering she edified all by her complete submission to God's holy will, and by her patience in suffering.  The cheerful spirit she always manifested in her days of health was even more evident in the hard days of illness.  The Altoona Catholic High School held her in great respect and esteem.  Delegations from the faculty and the student body journeyed to Scranton to attend her funeral Mass at St. Peter's Cathedral.  May God rest her zealous soul, and may she intercede with God to obtain for our beloved Community many more vocations, to carry on the apostolate she so fervently served.
