Sister M. Wenceslaus McHugh, IHM

Sister M. Wenceslaus McHugh, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Tuesday, September 13, 1954.

She was born on May 8, 1893 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and given the name Anna R. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Honora "Nora" McHugh McHugh. She entered the IHM Congregation on August 15, 1912, received the religious habit on August 2, 1913, and made profession of her vows on July 6, 1915.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, John J. and William Jerome, and two sisters, Mary and Katherine.

She is survived by two brothers, Frank Patrick and Gerald Michael, nieces and nephews.

Interment is at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
