Sister M. Jane deChantal Giblin, IHM

Sister M. Jane deChantal Giblin, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Tuesday, November 16, 1943.

She was born on December 14, 1885 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and given the name Mary Alice. She was the daugther of the late John W. and Catherine L. Guiton Giblin. She entered the IHM Congregation on September 8, 1908, received the religious habit on August 2, 1912, and made profession of her vows on August 3, 1914.

She is survived by two sisters, Annie and Catherine Roselyn Evans, and a brother John W., Jr.

Interment is at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
