Archival Remembrance:

Sister Clement Marie O'Toole will live in the minds and hearts of hundreds of young people as a pleasant, happy, generous teacher. She knew how to make learning not easy; but joyous. Her cheerful smile, and her repartee made light of difficulties. Her Latin classes were happy adventures; and the joy of achievement followed naturally from worth-while effort.  A sojourn in a hospital completely changed the vista ahead. God's call was well known to her; she pronounced her "fiat"; and she planned the short months ahead in the light of His holy and manifest Will. She strove to be the same devoted Sister; to appear unchanged as she met and comforted her bereaved family; but God's call shone in her eyes; and she prayerfully and in full consciousness awaited death.
