Sister M. St. Frances Lantzy, IHM

Sister M. St. Frances Lantzy, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Saturday, September 18, 1954.

She was born on June 28, 1901 in Spangler, Pennsylvania, and given the name Beatrice. She was the daughter of the late Cletus and Bridget A. Logan Lantzy.  She entered the IHM Congregation on August 15, 1925, received the religious habit on December 28, 1925, and made profession of her vows on December 28, 1927.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaretta Lantzy Kirsch.

She is survived by six brothers, Duane Matthew, Donald, Kenneth, Lester Thomas, and Robert Denzel, a sister, Kathleen (Dolly), nieces and nephews.

Interment is at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
