Sister M. Maurice Marshall, IHM

Sister M. Maurice Marshall, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Monday, November 12, 1934.

She was born on February 27, 1885 in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, and given the name Gertrude. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Jane Murphy Marshall.  She entered the IHM Congregation on July 2, 1903, received the religious habit on December 31, 1903, and made profession of her vows on December 28, 1905.

She is preceded in death a sister, Sister M. Florence, IHM.

She is survived by two brothers, and three sisters, including Mrs. Martin Gerrity of Carbondale, PA, nieces and nephews.

Interment is at Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery in Carbondale, Pennsylvania.
