Sister M. Xaveria Smith, IHM

Sister M. Xaveria Smith, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on August 30, 1969.

Daughter of the late Thomas and Anna Healy Smith, she was born on March 7, 1892 in Carbondale, Pennsylvania.  She entered the IHM Congregation on August 19, 1911, received the religious habit on December 27, 1911, and made profession of her vows on December 30, 1913.

Interment will follow the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
