Sister M. Flavia McDonald, IHM

Sister M. Flavia McDonald, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Friday, April 23, 1954.

She was born on August 10, 1907 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and given the name Mary Cecilia. She was the Daughter of the late Myles and Mary Curley McDonald.  She entered the IHM Congregation on September 8, 1936, received the religious habit on May 3, 1937, and made profession of her vows on May 8, 1939.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael Joseph and John Ambrose.

She is survived by a sister, Helen Mary West, nieces and nephews.

Interment is at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
