Sister M. Louise McGill, IHM

Sister M. Louise McGill, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Sunday, May 6, 1951.

She was born on April 4, 1872 in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, and given the name Bridget. She was the daughter of the late John and Mary Cannon McGill. She entered the IHM Congregation on December 27, 1889, received the religious habit on July 20, 1890, and made profession of her vows on April 3, 1893.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and John, and two sisters, Agnes and Mary.

She is survived by a sister, Nellie of Miners Mills, Pennsylvania.

Interment is at Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery in Carbondale, Pennsylvania.
