Sister M. Catherina Nelson, IHM

Sister M. Catherina Nelson, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Thursday, December 4, 1941.

She was born on June 29, 1872 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and given the name Margaret. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Katherine O'Reilly Nelson. She entered the IHM Congregation on December 8, 1901, received the religious habit on April 1, 1902, and made profession of her vows on August 2, 1904.

Interment is at Cathedral Cemetery in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
