Sister M. Laurentia Flannery, IHM

Sister M. Laurentia Flannery, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Sunday, May 28, 1939.

She was born on November 19, 1880 in Laflin, Pennsylvania, and given the name Honora (Anna).  She was the daughter of the late Michael and Ellen Armstrong Flannery. She entered the IHM Congregation on September 8, 1914, received the religious habit on July 6, 1915, and made profession of her vows on August 2, 1917.

Interment is at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
