Sister M. Angelica Needham, IHM

Sister M. Angelica Needham, IHM, of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary died on Sunday, September 10, 1944.

She was born on September 5, 1871 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and given the name Mary. She was the daughter of the late James and Ann Grady Needham. She entered the IHM Congregation on June 20, 1895, received the religious habit on April 9, 1896, and made profession of her vows on July 23, 1898.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Catherine and Nora, and two  brothers James S. and John.

She is survived by three brothers, Daniel, Reverend Thomas A., and Leo Augustine, two sisters, Sarah and Estella (Stella), nieces and nephews.

Interment is at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
